At Heidi Merrick, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our California-made collections. We offer returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship Your Package

  Drop off your return at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original designer tags and liners are intact to avoid processing delays.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus a standard restocking fee.
